Asbury Methodist Church, dedicated June, 1845, Mt. Vernon Street, Smyrna, Delaware. A combination of many architectural styles from early Victorian to Modern. This structure is noted for its tall spire and the Victorian section's door knobs which bear the likeness of the bust of Francis Asbury, who founded the first local Methodist Chruch in 1779.
